Refund Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to the purchase of tickets for heritage walks (“Walks”) offered by Heritage First Goa.
1. General Refund Eligibility
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to heritagefirstgoa@gmail.com.
- Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method used for the purchase.
2. Customer Cancellation Policy
Customers may request a refund based on the following schedule:

Note: We understand that unexpected events occur. If you cannot attend, we strongly encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options, which may be offered at our sole discretion.
3. Cancellation by Heritage First Goa
In the unlikely event that Heritage First Goa must cancel a Walk due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, safety concerns, or guide unavailability:
- Option A: Full Refund: You will be offered a 100% refund of the ticket price.
- Option B: Rescheduling: You will have the option to reschedule your booking for a future available Walk date.
You will be notified of any cancellation at the earliest possible time via the email or phone number provided during booking.
4. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved and processed by Heritage First Goa, please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your account. This timeline is an estimate and is dependent on your bank or credit card company’s processing times.
5. Transferring Tickets
Tickets are transferable to another person for the same scheduled Walk date and time without penalty. Please notify us of the change of attendee name prior to the Walk by emailing heritagefirstgoa@gmail.com. Tickets are not transferable to a different Walk date without prior arrangement with Heritage First Goa (see Section 2).
